Peugeot 107 air conditioning failure
Summary of the thread
The air conditioning in a 2005 Peugeot 107 diesel stopped cooling, with diagnostics indicating an error related to the rear ventilation flap. A similar issue was resolved by checking the wiring and connectors to the rear vent flap motor, which was found to have a faulty connection. Repairing the connection restored the air conditioning functionality.

Cheers for the reply! You reckon it's just a loose connection? Where exactly is that vent flap motor located? I'm not the most mechanically minded, to be honest. Is it easy to get to?

Yeah, worth a look. On mine, it was a dodgy plug. But honestly, fiddling with car HVAC stuff can be a pain. If you're not confident, I'd advise a workshop. They can diagnose it properly and avoid you messing something else up.

Thanks, appreciate the advice. Took it to a local garage, and you were spot on – faulty connection! New plug and wiring repair cost 95€. Aircon's freezing again!

Sounds familiar! I've got a 107 too. Had similar HVAC problems last year. Error codes and the AC blowing warm. Have you checked the wiring and connectors to the rear vent flap motor? That was my first suspect.
