Peugeot 107 climate control issues
Summary of the thread
A 2007 Peugeot 107 is experiencing climate control issues, with the panel not functioning, insufficient heating, and the AC not activating. The fuses have been checked and are fine, but an error is stored in the memory. Possible causes include a faulty blower motor resistor, wiring issues, or a defective climate control unit. It is recommended to have a workshop inspect the wiring and connections for a more accurate diagnosis and repair.

Blower motor resistor? Whereabouts is that located and what should I be looking for?

Yeah, the resistor controls the fan speed. It's usually near the blower motor itself, often behind the glove box. But honestly, if you're getting error codes and the heating and AC are both affected, it might be more than just that. Could be a wiring issue or even the climate control unit itself. Given the symptoms, it's probably best to get it checked by a workshop. I ended up paying 95€ for a cable replacement, according to the error log it was a defective cable or plug connection. That was a bit of a pain to diagnose myself.

Thanks for the advice! I'll take it to a workshop and get them to check the wiring and connections. Sounds like it's beyond my limited skills. I will let you know what they find.

Hello, the A/C button lights up but the compressor connection is not powered. The fuse is good. Could you help me with this problem? I have a 2011 Peugeot 107 petrol. Thank you.

Check the A/C relay, as it might be faulty or not engaging properly. It's usually located in the fuse box. Swap it with a similar relay to see if that resolves the issue. Let me know if this helps or if you need further assistance!

If swapping the relay doesn't solve the issue, inspect the wiring and connections to the compressor for any signs of damage or corrosion. Ensure the connections are secure. Let me know how it goes or if you have more questions!

Hey, that sounds familiar! I had a similar issue with my Peugeot 107. I'd suggest it could be a dodgy connection somewhere. These cars are notorious for electronic faults! Have you checked the blower motor resistor?
