Peugeot 107 fuel composition error
Summary of the thread
A 2010 Peugeot 107 diesel with 265,000 km is experiencing a check engine light and stalling at idle, with an error indicating incorrect fuel composition. The issue may be due to a bad connection, possibly involving the fuel pressure sensor. A similar case was resolved by addressing a corroded pin in the sensor connection, suggesting a workshop visit for proper diagnosis and repair.

Yeah, that's the error. Fuel composition. Which connections, specifically? There are quite a few...

For me, it was the connection to the fuel pressure sensor, but I'd advise a workshop visit to properly diagnose where the defective cable or plug connection is located. I had the same symptoms, and it turned out to be a corroded pin. It cost me 95€ in the end.

Thanks. Appreciate the heads-up. Will get it checked at a workshop.

I had a similar issue with my 107. Is the error message specifically mentioning fuel contamination or mixture issues? I had engine stalls too. Check the cable and plug connections to the fuel system components. It could be a simple fix.
