Peugeot 107 Water Sensor Issue

I had a similar problem with my 107. Check engine light, rough idling. Was the sensor actually faulty, or just a bad connection?

How did you figure out if the sensor was bad, or just the connection?

Hard to say for sure without proper tools. I took it to a shop; they confirmed it was the moisture sensor and replaced it. Saved me the trouble.

Turns out the cable and plug connection were bad. Repair was 95€.
