Peugeot 108 AC Not Working

Hi, I'm having trouble with my 2019 Peugeot 108 (gasoline engine). The A/C isn't working. I've noticed the air conditioning system doesn't switch on, so it no longer cools. I scanned for error codes and found one stored in the error memory. The car has 60939 km. Any ideas?

I had a similar issue with my 108. Have you checked the AC relay? The pressure sensor can also cause this. It might be undervoltage in the vehicle causing the A/C compressor to shut off.

Where exactly is the AC relay located? And how would undervoltage cause the compressor to cut out? Is there anything to check before going to a mechanic?

On my car, the relay is near the HVAC system, in the engine compartment. Undervoltage might trip a safety feature, shutting down the compressor to save power. Honestly, I'd take it to a workshop to get it properly diagnosed. I ended up paying around 240€ for the repair.

Thanks for the advice! Seems likely I'll need to go to the workshop as well. In my case, undervoltage in the vehicle was causing the A/C compressor shut off. After inspection, they replaced a relay switch. Everything seems to be working fine now.
