Interesting, thanks! Where exactly is the temperature sensor located? And how would I test it to see if it's actually the problem?

Honestly, I'm not sure about the exact location. I didn't get into testing it myself. I took mine to a workshop and they told me it was a defective cable and they replaced it. You could take it in.

Okay, thanks for the info! I think I'll take your advice and get it looked at. It was a defective cable, just like yours. Repair cost was 95€. Appreciate the help!

Hi, which cable is it exactly? The same thing is happening to me and they can't find the fault even with the diagnostic computer plugged in. They tell me it could be a lot of things and they don't know how long they're going to leave me without a vehicle....

It's possible that the issue is with the wiring harness connected to the climate control panel or the HVAC system. I recommend asking the workshop to specifically inspect the wiring connections and cables related to the climate control system. Sometimes, a visual inspection can reveal loose or damaged cables that might not be detected by a diagnostic computer. If they haven't already, suggest they check the connections behind the climate control panel and any related relays. Let me know how it goes or if you have any other questions!

Thank you for the response. On June 23, I left the car at the workshop. I will mention it to them and will update here. Regards

Make sure to ask the workshop to also check for any software updates for the climate control system, as sometimes these issues can be resolved with a simple update. Keep us posted on the progress, and feel free to ask if you have any more questions!

I had a similar problem with my Peugeot 2008. Same symptoms. Have you checked the temperature sensor? It could be faulty.
