Peugeot 2008 Fuel Flap Problems

I've got a 2021 Peugeot 2008 with a gasoline engine, and the fuel flap release is completely busted. I'm talking a stored error code, and I can't open the fuel door. Some other random functions are acting up too! Mileage is sitting at 110998 km. I've checked the usual suspects, but no luck. Anyone else run into this?

Sounds familiar! I've got a Peugeot 2008 myself (though a bit older), and I had a similar issue with the fuel flap. Was driving me nuts! Is it completely unresponsive, like not even a click or anything when you try to open it?

Exactly! Dead as a doornail. No click, no whir, nothing. Just that annoying error staring me in the face. Did you ever figure out what the culprit was on yours? Was it something simple?

Yeah, mine was totally dead too. Unfortunately, it wasn't a quick fix. I ended up taking it to the workshop, and they said it was something with the fuel flap linkage or the electric actuator. I'd say bite the bullet and get it looked at before it causes more headaches.
