Thanks for the quick reply! How did you figure out it was the fuse? And where would I find that fuse specifically? I'm not super familiar with car electrics, unfortunately.

No problem! The error code I was getting was very specific to the sensor circuit receiving low voltage. I found a wiring diagram online for my car that showed which fuse controlled the fuel sensor. It was in the engine compartment fuse box on mine. Just pulled the fuse and it was clearly blown. Replaced it, cleared the code, and haven't had the problem since. But if you are not confident, take it to a mechanic. It will save you a lot of stress.

Wow, that's incredibly helpful! I will check for a fuse, and if I don't find it, I'll take it to a workshop. I actually found the problem! The fuse was indeed defective. Replaced it and all is fine now. It cost me 52€ including VAT. Thanks!

Hey there! I had a similar issue with my 2008 a while back. Is the error code specifically pointing to the fuel level sensor? Does your car have a fuse specifically for the fuel sensor circuit? It might be worth checking that before diving into replacing the sensor itself. Saved me a bunch of money once!
