Peugeot 2008 Oil Pressure Warning

Have you checked when your last oil change was? The 'sludgy' look could mean that the oil has broken down, maybe because the maintenance interval was exceeded. This can happen if the oil's viscosity changes due to heat and age, leading to poor lubrication and potentially engine damage. Also, what kind of driving do you usually do? Short trips can cause condensation to build up in the engine, further contaminating the oil.
