Peugeot 206 Power Window Failure

Fuses, huh? I'll check those first thing tomorrow. Central locking seems okay though. But if it's not the fuses, what else could cause the power windows to just quit like that?

Well, if it's not the fuses and the central locking is fine, then it points more towards a faulty window regulator or a defective power window switch, like you suspected. Honestly, tracing electrical faults in these things can be a real pain. I'd take it to a workshop if the fuses are ok. They can properly diagnose it. I tried fixing mine myself and ended up making it worse!

Thanks for the advice! Turns out you were right about getting it checked. It was indeed the window switch, and the workshop charged me 200€ to fix it. Annoying, but at least it's sorted now.

Oh, that sounds familiar. I have a Peugeot 206 too, and had something similar happen a while back. Before you go tearing everything apart, did you check the fuses? It might be something simple like that. Is the central locking working properly?
