Peugeot 206 Starting and Stalling Issue

My 2011 Peugeot 206 diesel is having starting issues and stalls at idle. The check engine light is on, it runs rough, and fuel consumption is up. I scanned it and got an error. I suspect a fuel pump issue, maybe a defective cable or plug. Anyone experienced this?

I had a similar issue with my 206. The car performance was tragic. Did you check the gasoline delivery?

In my case, the engine stalling and rough running were linked to a faulty fuel pump connection. I would go to a workshop for diagnosis.

Thanks a lot! I took it to the workshop, and you were right, it was a defective cable to the fuel pump. The repair cost me around 95€. At least now the car runs smoothly again!
