Peugeot 207 Engine Power Loss

Hi. My 2009 Peugeot 207, diesel engine, has an issue. Mileage is 224314 km. It's lost engine power and the error memory has a fault stored. Suspect a defective engine control unit, maybe the main relay. Any ideas?

I had something similar with my 207. Reduced power, error codes popping up. Did you check the basics like battery voltage and sensor connections? Could be a simple fix before you dive into the ECU.

Honestly, without proper diagnostic tools, poking around the ECU is risky. My issue turned out to be the main relay in the ECU, but I only found that out at the workshop. You could try a system reset, but I'd advise going to a specialist. Cost me about 120€ to get it sorted.
