Thanks! Could you explain how to check the voltage at the plug? I have a multimeter, but I need advice on the procedure and expected readings. I want to know if sufficient voltage is reaching the heater. Where is the heating element located? A photo or schematic would be helpful. Is there a separate relay for the heating element?

I'm not familiar with Peugeot, so I can't give specific advice. I didn't do the measurements myself; a mechanic did. It's good that you're considering a defective relay. You can probably replace that yourself, but repairing the cable is for a professional. Given the potential complexity and without specific knowledge of the 207's wiring, I'd recommend a workshop. It could save time and prevent further damage.

I took your advice and consulted a mechanic. The diagnostic confirmed a defective cable connection to the windshield washer heater. The repair cost 95€, and now it works. Thanks!

I had a similar problem with my 2018 Opel Astra. Same symptoms, frozen washer nozzles and error code! Did you check the voltage at the plug? In my case, the problem was elsewhere, and no voltage arrived at the heater itself. Have you checked for continuity in the heating element?
