Peugeot 208 ABS and Traction Problems

Hi, I'm having trouble with my 2012 Peugeot 208, diesel engine. The ABS lamp keeps lighting up, and I'm experiencing traction problems. Basically, the ABS system seems to be failing. I've checked tire pressures, but no luck. Any ideas what could be causing this?

I had similar issues with my 208. Sounds like a speed signal fault. Have you run a diagnostic check to see if any error codes are showing up?

In my case, the affected control unit was defective. I'd recommend taking it to a workshop to have it properly diagnosed. A faulty control unit will cost you around 1000€.
