Thanks! I tried a software reset via the onboard diagnostics, didn't work. Where would I find the specific control unit error codes? Want to make sure I'm not missing something before I contact the dealership.

If a reset didn't work, and you're seeing multiple electrical issues alongside nav failure, it's almost certainly a deeper programming problem. Your assessment of implausible control unit programming is likely spot-on. Honestly, considering it's a 2023 model and the problems persist after a reset, I'd strongly advise against further DIY troubleshooting. Take it to a workshop. They have the proper tools to re-flash the ECU.

Appreciate the input, confirms what I suspected. I'll take it to a workshop for a professional ECU re-flash. They quoted me about 240€ for the repair. Hopefully, that fixes it. Thanks again!

Sounds like a corrupted control module. Have you tried a simple software reset through the onboard diagnostics? Sometimes that clears minor glitches. What error codes are you pulling? Knowing the specific codes might point us to the exact control unit affected.
