Thank you for your response. I will check the cable and plug. The error code refers specifically to the water sensor. Where exactly is that located, and is it easy to access? I'm not an expert, but I'm comfortable with basic maintenance.

Okay, the water sensor is usually near the fuel filter, but I would not recommend doing that yourself, if you're not experienced. Considering the stored error and rough running, it's probably best to take it to a workshop. They can properly diagnose and test the sensor.

I appreciate the advice. I've booked it into a workshop. It turned out to be a faulty connection as you suggested. The repair, including sensor testing and fixing the connection, cost 95€. Thank you again!

Hey, I had a similar issue with my 208. Check the cable and plug connection to the sensor. In my case, it was a defective plug connection, triggering similar symptoms. Which sensor is the error code pointing to exactly?
