Peugeot 3008 Air Suspension Failure

Hi, I'm having trouble with my 2011 Peugeot 3008 hybrid. The air suspension seems to have failed. The car won't lift, leans, and I'm getting an error message on the speedometer, plus a warning light. The low beams are also misaligned. I checked the error memory and the likely cause seems to be a defective cable or plug connection. Has anyone experienced anything similar?

Hey, I also own a 3008 (though not a hybrid). I had a similar issue with the load leveling and error messages. Did you check for any obvious air leaks around the air struts? Also, did the error message point to a specific corner of the vehicle? That might help narrow down the problem.

Thanks for the quick reply. I didn't notice any obvious air leaks. The error message wasn't specific, just a general suspension fault. Is it possible the issue is just a faulty connection somewhere?

Yeah, it definitely sounds like it could be a connection issue. When mine did that, I poked around a bit but eventually gave up and took it to a workshop. They found a corroded connector and replaced it. That fixed the problem entirely, and the cost was around 95€.

Thanks for sharing your experience! I think I'll do the same and take it to a workshop. Knowing it was a simple connector issue for you gives me hope it won't be a major repair. I appreciate the help!
