Peugeot 3008 Central Locking Malfunction

Peugeot 3008, 2022, gasoline. At 54944 km, the central locking has malfunctioned. The doors no longer lock or unlock, and an error is stored. I suspect a cable or plug fault. Any thoughts?

Had a similar gremlin in my older Audi A4. The remote locking went haywire. Was the car alarm also going off randomly?

No alarm issues, just deadlocks. Is it worth checking the wiring myself?

My Audi drove me mad. Diagnosing it myself was a headache. Ended up at the workshop. Best bet, I reckon.

Okay, thanks for the input. The workshop confirmed a cable issue; 95€ repair. Sorted.
