Peugeot 3008 door lock failure

Doors on my 2021 Peugeot 3008 gasoline won't lock or unlock. Mileage is 253637 km. I'm thinking it's something with the door contact signal, but I'm not sure where to start. It's driving me nuts!

I had something similar happen on my 3008. Could be a dodgy connection. Check the cables and plugs going to the door sensor. Is the car alarm acting up too?

Yeah, the alarm has been a bit touchy lately. Where exactly are these connections located? I'm not a total newbie, but I don't want to start ripping things apart without a clue.

The connection is in the door. If the car alarm is faulty too, it's probably a cable or plug connection of the component. I'd take it to a workshop and have them check it out before you cause more damage.
