Peugeot 3008 Driver Seat Massage Failure

Good day. My Peugeot 3008 (2009, diesel) has an issue. At 281791 km, the driver's seat massage function stopped working. It won't switch on, and there's an error stored. Information suggests a defective cable or plug connection. Has anyone encountered something similar?

Hey there! That's a bummer about your massage seat. I had a similar thing happen in my old Volvo V70 – different brand, I know, but still a luxury car thing. My lumbar support just quit working one day. Did you check the fuses?

Thank you for the suggestion. I will inspect the fuses related to the seat. If the fuses are intact, do you have any further insights based on your experience with the Volvo?

Yeah, fuses were fine on mine too. After that, I just took it to a shop. Turned out to be some broken wires inside the seat itself. Honestly, messing with those things is a pain. You're probably better off letting a pro handle it.

I appreciate your input. Given the potential complexity and your experience, I will proceed by taking it to a workshop for professional diagnosis and repair. The estimated cost is around 95€. Thank you again for your help.
