Peugeot 3008 Hybrid Fuel Delivery Issue

Hi, my 2019 Peugeot 3008 hybrid is giving me grief. The engine won't start sometimes, stalls at idle, and the check engine light is on. It also runs rough and seems to be guzzling fuel. The error memory mentions something about fuel delivery. I've checked the basics, but could a defective cable or plug connection really cause all of this?

Sounds familiar! I had similar issues with my 3008. Has the gasoline delivery been checked completely? Has anyone looked at the fuel pump itself? It could well be pump failure. It's frustrating, isn't it?

Yes, all of them! The error was intermittent at first, then became permanent. I'd suggest you get it checked at a workshop. In my case, it was a defective cable or plug connection, and the repair cost around 95€. Better safe than sorry, right?

Thanks a lot for the help! I took it to the shop and you were spot on - a defective cable connection to the fuel pump. 95€ later, it runs like new again!
