Peugeot 3008 Air Conditioning Problem: Insufficient Cooling

Hello, I have a 2015 Peugeot 3008 diesel car with 152,000 km on it. My air conditioning never cools properly. Every year at the beginning of summer, the gas runs out, and when I refill it, it seems to cool a little, but it never really cools down. The service said there is no leak, but the air conditioning only seems to work for about 10 minutes, then it just works like a fan. In other cars, people get cold when the air conditioning is on, but in my car, people sweat. We had to drive with the windows open for half the journey from Izmir to Istanbul. We also had the windows open while driving from Maltepe to Eminönü. Does anyone have any ideas about why my air conditioning isn't working efficiently? Thank you.
