Peugeot 301 rough running and stalling

I also have a 301, and your problem rings a bell. A while back, I experienced almost exactly the same symptoms. Have you checked the sensor plug for corrosion or damage? In my case the wire was loose.

Indeed, the wire was loose on the sensor itself. Unfortunately, I couldn't fix it. I recommend a good mechanic.

Thanks a bunch! I took your advice and had the car looked at. You were right; it was the fuel pressure sensor cable! Workshop repaired it. Cost me 95€. Runs perfectly now!
