Thanks for the quick reply! No, the error code doesn't specify which side. Is replacing the heating element a big job? Is it like changing a lightbulb, or more involved?

It's definitely more involved than changing a bulb. Think of it like replacing the filling in a sandwich – you have to get inside the seat cushion. It's likely a defective seat heating mat. Best to take it to a workshop.

Sounds like the heating element itself might be the culprit. Does the error code point to a specific seat or side? If it's just not getting warm at all, and there's an error code, it could be a break in the heating mat circuit.
