Thanks for the quick reply! No LED or Xenon upgrades, it's completely stock. I haven't checked the fuses yet; good point. Which fuse should I be looking for specifically? Also, where is the pump located? Is it easily accessible, or will I need to remove parts to get to it?

Okay, so no electrical work. Fuses are always the first thing to check. The washer pump is usually near the bottom of the washer fluid reservoir, often behind the front bumper. Accessing it might be a bit tricky; you might need to remove the wheel arch liner for better access. Honestly, I fiddled with mine for an afternoon and then I just booked it in. Given the symptoms and your suspicion of a cable issue, it's probably best to get it checked by a workshop.

After checking the fuses and finding nothing, I took your advice and got it checked by a professional. Turns out the cable connection to the pump was indeed defective, like I suspected. Repair cost me 165€ Thanks for the help!

I had something similar happen on my 301. Check the pump. When mine went it took out the headlight washers as well. Before you replace the pump, check all the connections, especially the earth. Make sure they are clean and tight. Have you had any LED or Xenon upgrades lately, or any other kind of work done, maybe the mechanic bumped something. Did you try looking at fuses?
