Thanks for the quick reply! I haven't had a chance to dig into the wiring yet, but that's next on my list. Do you know where the flap actuator is located exactly? Is it easy to get to, or will I need to remove a bunch of stuff to get to it?

Given the symptoms you describe, and the error code retrieved, proceeding with caution is advisable. Although the fault may indeed lie with a defective connection to the flap actuator, I would strongly recommend a comprehensive system diagnostic be performed by a qualified technician. If the issue is related to a faulty flap actuator or its associated wiring, the repair cost is expected to be in the region of 95€. In light of the potential complexities involved, you should get a professional opinion. This will help you avoid unintended damage.

Thanks for the advice. I took it to a local garage, and they confirmed it was a bad connection to the flap actuator, like we suspected. They fixed it for around the price you mentioned. AC is working great again!

Good day. If your diagnostic tool has indicated a fault with the rear ventilation flap and you are experiencing issues with both the air conditioning performance and climate control functionality, it is certainly plausible that an electrical fault exists. Have you had the opportunity to inspect the wiring harness and connector associated with the flap actuator? A visual inspection may reveal signs of corrosion or damage to the wiring.
