Peugeot 307 Diesel: Check Engine Light and Stalling Issues

I own a 2006 Peugeot 307 with a Diesel engine and 224,000 km on the clock. I'm experiencing a couple of issues: the check engine light is on, and the car stalls while idling. The diagnostic codes indicate a problem with the turbocharging pressure, which triggers the safe mode when driving on the highway under load, such as climbing a hill at 6% inclination at 150 km/h. Interestingly, this issue doesn't occur when driving up a mountain with a steeper incline at lower speeds. Could the problem be related to the speed or exhaust pressure?
