Peugeot 307 Rollover Sensor Error
Summary of the thread
A 2005 Peugeot 307 is experiencing an airbag warning light and rollover sensor error, with diagnostics pointing to the rollover sensor. The issue could be due to a defective control unit. A similar case suggests that replacing the faulty sensor or control unit might resolve the problem, and visiting a workshop for further inspection is recommended.

Thanks. Just the airbag light and the rollover sensor error. Could the sensor be the only thing wrong, or is it a sign of a bigger electrical problem?

In my case, it turned out to be a faulty sensor. Given that you haven't observed any other issues, it is very likely that the control unit needs replacement. You should probably visit your local workshop.

Thanks for sharing. The workshop thinks the control unit needs replacing too. Looks like it's about 1000€. Thanks again for your help.

I've seen something similar in my 307. Rollover sensor issues can be a real headache. Have you noticed any other unusual behavior from the car's electronics, or is it just the airbag light and error code?
