Peugeot 307 wont start

Hey, I'm having a real headache with my 2009 Peugeot 307 diesel. It's got about 64933 km on the clock, and now it just won't start! The engine control system seems to be malfunctioning. I've checked the basics, like the battery, but I'm not really sure where to go from here. Any ideas? Could this be some kind of ECU issue or maybe something with the fuel injection?

I had a similar issue with my 307. Check the cable connections to the battery. Are they clean and tight?

Thanks! I'll double-check those connections. If they look okay, what else should I be looking for? I'm a bit worried it might be a bigger problem, like ECU failure or something.

If the connections are good, it might be more complex. Given the engine won't start at all, it could be an ECU issue or something related to the fuel pump. I'd recommend getting it to a workshop for diagnostics. I ended up paying 155€ for the repair.

Thanks a lot for the advice! Turns out, the cable connections of the battery were indeed the problem. Cleaned and tightened them, and she fired right up. Saved me a ton of stress and probably a lot more money! Really appreciate the help!
