Good point about the bulbs! I did replace one a while back, but I thought I got the right type. Could a slightly off bulb REALLY cause all these errors and the infotainment system freakout? And no, no other electrical work done recently. I'm starting to think it's a deeper dive than I can handle myself. What exactly do you mean by 'grounding issue'?

Yeah, those newer systems are picky! A slightly wrong bulb could definitely trigger it, especially with the error messages you're seeing. By grounding issue, I mean a bad or loose connection to the car's chassis, which is the 'ground' for the electrical system. Basically, the circuit isn't properly completing, and that can cause all sorts of havoc. Honestly, with all those symptoms and the fact it's a 2023 electric model, you're probably best off having a workshop take a look. They can properly diagnose the electrical system. I was just trying to remember when my car had an issue and I got a new battery, so the system was struggling a bit.

It was the bulb! Turns out, even though it looked identical, it was a slightly different wattage. Swapped it out for the EXACT spec, cleared the error codes, and everything's working perfectly again. Brake lights are shining bright, no more error messages, and my sanity is restored. It cost me 0€ to fix!

That's a weird one. The Peugeot 308's electric systems can be sensitive. Did you recently change any bulbs, even if they appear fine? Sometimes, even a slightly different wattage can throw things off. Also, have you had any other electrical work done recently? Could be a grounding issue somewhere affecting the brake light circuit. I've seen stranger things cause similar problems.
