Thanks for the quick response! Once it warms up, the engine runs normally. I have not changed the fuel filter recently; could that be the culprit, even if it runs fine after warming up?

It's possible, but the fact that it smooths out when warm makes me lean towards a cold start injector issue. It's like the choke not working properly on an older car. If it's not injecting enough fuel when cold, that would explain the poor starting and running. I'd recommend getting it checked by a workshop; they can test the injectors and fuel rail pressure.

Thanks for the insights! I took it to the workshop, and you were right; it was a defective cold start injector. The total repair cost was 515€. Appreciate your help!

It definitely sounds fuel-related, almost like the engine isn't getting the right mixture when it's cold. Have you noticed any difference in how it runs once it warms up? Maybe it's like trying to start a lawnmower that needs a few pulls before it roars to life? When was the last time you changed your fuel filter?
