Peugeot 308 keyless entry and starting issue

I've got a 2021 Peugeot 308 hybrid with about 127k km on the clock, and I'm running into a weird issue. I'm getting an error stored in the error memory, and my keyless entry is acting up – unlocking and locking is a gamble. Even stranger, I can't start the engine without physically inserting the key into the ignition. Could this be related to the bumper antenna? I've read somewhere that a faulty cable or plug connection might be to blame.

Yep, the key thing was exactly the same for me. I wasn't able to fix it myself. I'd suggest taking it to a workshop to get it checked out by a professional. It's likely that cable or plug connection is indeed defective, which could be fixed easily.

Thanks a bunch for the insight! I'll take it to the shop and mention the antenna issue specifically. They quoted me around 95€ for the repair, so hopefully, that'll sort it out.
