Thanks for the suggestions. The fuses are intact, and I've checked the connections under the seat with no obvious issues. Could a defective thermal sensor cause this, or is a faulty heating element more likely?

If the fuses are good and the connections look solid, it's probably the heating element. With these newer cars and all the sensors, who knows? It could be a sensor, but since it's not heating up, I'd bet on the mat. Either way, it's workshop time.

I had the car inspected by a certified workshop. They diagnosed a defective seat heating mat and replaced it. The total repair cost was 390€ Thank you again for your assistance.

Hey! Sorry to hear you're having seat heater problems. A friend had something similar in a different car. If it's not getting warm and there's an error code, it points to something broken. Have you checked the fuse? Or the connection under the seat?
