Peugeot 4007 engine refuses to start

I'm experiencing some issues with my 2012 Peugeot 4007 gasoline engine. At 182997 km, the engine sometimes refuses to start. Occasionally it shuts off while driving, and when it does run, it's quite rough. I've checked for any obvious fuse issues related to the ignition, but haven't found anything definitive. Any insights would be greatly appreciated.

Hey there, I had similar problems with my 4007, though I can't remember if the mileage was the same. Was it like, you turn the key and nothing happens, or does it crank but not fire? Sometimes, with mine, it would just die at a stop light, which was super annoying. Did you actually pull the fuses and check them with a tester, or just look at them?

Thank you for your response. It's more of a 'nothing happens' situation when turning the key. I visually inspected the fuses, but I did not use a tester. Which fuses should I check specifically?

Okay, if it's doing absolutely nothing, it very well could be a fuse. But honestly, after chasing it for a while, and being stranded a couple of times, I finally gave in and took it to a workshop. They sorted it out pretty quick. I think you should do the same.

Understood. I appreciate the advice. I took your suggestion and visited a workshop. The problem was indeed a defective fuse, as suspected. The repair cost was 52€. Thank you for your time!
