Peugeot 4007 Engine Won't Start

Thanks! I visually inspected the cables, and they seemed fine. I didn't check for corrosion underneath or test tightness with a tool, though. Could a minor connection issue really stop the engine?

Yes, even slight corrosion or looseness can do it. If it's not that, you'll need diagnostics at a workshop.

I cleaned and tightened the battery cable connections, and there was hidden corrosion! It started right up after. The garage confirmed it was just the connection, and the repair cost 155€. Thanks for the help!

I had a similar issue with my old Opel. Check the cable connections again, make sure they're properly tightened, and look for corrosion. Are the terminals clean?
