Peugeot 4007 Rear Ventilation Flap Issue

Rear ventilation flap malfunction in my 2012 Peugeot 4007 gasoline. Error memory stores a fault, climate control unit malfunctions, and AC no longer cools effectively at 78421 km. Suspect defective cable or plug connection to the flap actuator. Similar problems?

I had a similar issue with my 4007. Check the connection to the flap motor itself, it's a common weak point. Does the air still blow in the front?

Thanks for the quick response. Yes, the AC functions properly in the front. Is the flap motor easily accessible, or does it require significant disassembly?

Sounds like the same problem I had. Accessing the motor is a bit tricky, better leave it to a workshop. I think this is your best option.

Understood. I appreciate the advice. Took it to a local shop, and it was the wiring harness to the rear flap actuator. Repair cost 95€. Thanks for the help!
