Peugeot 4007 Tire Pressure Sensor Issue

Interesting. I haven't changed the sensors since I got the car, so they're original. Is it something I can fix myself, or am I looking at a workshop visit?

Given the error message and age, I'd bet on the sensor battery being the culprit. While technically you could replace them yourself, it's often easier to let a workshop handle it. They have the tools to properly seat the valve and program the new sensors to your car. It's similar to replacing a light bulb, simple in theory, but you might break the lamp.

Thanks for the advice! Took it to the workshop, and you were right – sensor battery. Cost me 280€ to get it sorted including installation and new sensors. Problem solved!

Sounds familiar. I had a similar issue with my Peugeot 4007. It's often the tire pressure sensor. The battery in those sensors doesn't last forever. Like a smoke detector, it eventually starts beeping to tell you the battery is going out. How old are your sensors?
