Peugeot 406 Airbag Warning Light

Hi, I have a 2004 Peugeot 406 with a gasoline engine. The airbag warning lamp is on in the speedometer. I've read that a defective cable or plug connection could be the problem. Has anyone else experienced this? Mileage is at 65361 km.

Hey, I had something similar happen on my 406. Was it constantly on or intermittent?

It's constantly on. Did yours also indicate a problem with the airbags?

Yep, same issue. To be honest, I didn't mess with it myself. I'd take it to a workshop to get it checked.

Thanks. I took it to the workshop and they replaced a faulty connector. Cost me 95€. Sorted now!
