Thanks for the quick response! The blower motor is completely dead, regardless of the fan speed. As for the error code I'd need to check again. I have limited experience but is it simple to check the fan speed controller?

Okay, completely dead is not good. Checking the controller can be tough without specific tools. I initially thought mine was a resistor issue. Turned out it was the blower motor itself. Given that you have an error code and zero air flow, my gut says it's likely the motor. I’d personally take it to a workshop to get it properly diagnosed. It will save you time and frustration.

Alright, thanks for the insight! I was hoping it would be something simple, but you're probably right. I'll take it to the workshop like you suggested. They confirmed it was the blower motor and quoted me 365€ for the job. Thanks again for pointing me in the right direction!

I had a similar issue with my 406! It was driving me crazy. Does the air flow work on any of the settings (low, medium, high), or is it completely dead? When you say 'error stored,' can you be more specific? Knowing the exact error code could help narrow down the problem.
