Peugeot 407 door handle electronics issue

Hi, I've got a 2008 Peugeot 407 with a gasoline engine and I'm having some trouble with the door handle electronics. The keyless access has stopped working, and there's an error stored in the memory. Anyone experienced anything similar?

Yep, mine was the driver's side too. Honestly, accessing it can be a pain. You'll have to take the door panel off. If you're not comfortable doing that, I'd recommend taking it to a workshop. It's likely a defective cable or plug connection in the door handle. Cost me 95€ to get sorted.
