Peugeot 5008 Clutch Pedal Switch Issue

Hey, I'm having a weird problem with my 2019 Peugeot 5008 gasoline. Odometer's at 285029 km. I'm getting a faulty clutch pedal switch error, gear selection isn't showing in the speedometer, cruise control's dead, and the engine won't start. I'm thinking it might be a cable or plug issue with the switch. Anyone seen this before?

Sounds familiar! I had a similar problem with my Peugeot 5008. Definitely check that clutch pedal switch and its connections really well. It's a safety thing, so if it's acting up, it can mess with starting and running the car. Make sure the wires are connected right and aren't damaged.

Turns out it was the clutch pedal switch on mine too. Same symptoms, wouldn't start. I tried to figure it out myself at first, but ended up taking it to a shop. They confirmed the switch was bad and replaced it. It's not too hard to fix, but you need to know what you're doing to diagnose it right. I'd suggest a workshop.

Got it. Thanks for the advice! I'm going to take it to a workshop to get it checked out and fix the clutch pedal switch. They quoted me 95€ for the repair.
