Peugeot 5008 Door Lock Failure

Sounds familiar! I've got a 5008 too. Had a similar issue with my automatic locks. Was it completely dead or intermittent before? And did your car alarm act up at all?

It went from working perfectly to completely dead overnight! And now that you mention it, yeah, the car alarm did go off randomly a couple of times last week. What exactly was wrong with yours?

Yep, sounds like the same problem. For me, it was definitely a defective door switch. The dealer confirmed it. I'd suggest taking it to a workshop to get it checked out. Could save you a headache trying to diagnose it yourself.

Thanks so much for the info! Just got it back from the shop – you were spot on! It was indeed the door contact signal, cable/plug connection. Cost me 95€, but at least it's fixed!
