Peugeot 5008 massage seat switch failure

My 2018 Peugeot 5008 gasoline is driving me nuts! The massage seat switch just died. Won't turn on at all, and the car keeps throwing an error. I'm guessing it's some kind of wiring problem, but I'm no mechanic. What gives?

Sounds familiar! I had a similar headache with my old Volvo V70. The lumbar support switch went haywire. These things are often just bad connections. Like a dodgy Christmas tree light, one bulb gone and the whole string is dead. Have you checked the fuse box to see if anything is blown?

Good analogy! Christmas lights... I get it. Where exactly would I find the fuse for the seat? And is it something I can easily check myself?

Okay, so tracing the fuse for the seat can be a pain depending on the car. I never found the right one in my Volvo. To be honest, I eventually took it to a workshop. They diagnosed it as a faulty connector and the bill was around 100€.

Thanks! I was hoping for a quick fix, but it looks like a trip to the shop is inevitable. At least I have a possible cause. They quoted me 95€ so that will be the final bill. Thanks for the help!
