Peugeot 5008 System Readiness Incomplete

I have a 2018 Peugeot 5008 with a gasoline engine and about 202035 km on it. I recently used an OBD2 scanner and now I'm getting an error message in the speedometer. The error memory says that the system readiness check is incomplete. Any ideas?

Incomplete system readiness after OBD2 diagnostics is common. The car needs to run through a specific 'drive cycle' to reset everything. Certain conditions need to be met for each test. Which monitors are incomplete?

Drive cycle? I'm not really a car guy. What does that mean? How do I find out which monitors are incomplete?

A drive cycle is a set of driving conditions designed to allow the car to run all the necessary tests. You'd need to use the OBD2 scanner again. If it's just readiness, and no other errors, it will eventually clear. Otherwise, a workshop visit is recommended.

Thanks for the help! It cleared itself after a few days of normal driving. I took it in for a vehicle inspection just to be safe, but they said everything looked good. No cost!
