Thanks! Which fuse should I be checking? I'm not familiar with fuse box layouts, especially for a windshield heater.

I can't remember which fuse it was. I'd have to dig through the owner's manual. I'd suggest visiting a workshop. It shouldn't take long to diagnose and replace the fuse or wiring. Probably cheaper than messing with it yourself and potentially causing more damage.

I brought it to a workshop, and there was a defective plug connection. They fixed it; the bill was 95€ Thanks!

I had something similar happen in my 5008. I didn't get an error code, but the washer fluid wasn't heating up. Have you checked the fuses? Sometimes a blown fuse can cause the heater to stop working. Also, inspect the wiring harness to the windshield washer reservoir; corrosion can be a culprit.
