Peugeot 508 Smartphone Connection Issue

I'm having trouble with my 2014 Peugeot 508 diesel. My smartphone won't connect, and the diagnostic system shows an error. I've tried restarting the infotainment and checking Bluetooth, but it's still not working. Any ideas?

It seems to be just the smartphone connection. The other systems seem fine, but I can't be sure. What problem did you have with yours?

Sounds like the same problem I had. It was an incorrect pairing issue. I took it to a workshop, and they fixed it quickly. I'd suggest doing the same; it might save you time.
