Peugeot 508 Turn Signal Fault

My 2014 Peugeot 508 hybrid's turn signal is acting up. I'm getting an error, a dash warning light, and a lighting fault. Mileage is at 274442 km. I've checked the obvious, but suspect a cable or plug issue. Anyone else experienced this?

I had a similar issue with my 508, though not the hybrid. Same symptoms error message and the light playing up. Have you checked the flasher relay? That fixed mine.

Oh really? The flasher relay? Where is that located? Is it hard to get to? I hope it's not buried in the dashboard...

Yeah, flasher relay. If it's like mine, it's fiddly. Given it's a hybrid and you've got error codes, it might be worth a workshop check. Could be more complex.

Thanks! It was a defective turn signal lamp, and the cable/plug connection was defective as suspected. The repair cost 95€. I think I'll book it in and let them sort it. Cheers!
