Peugeot 607 Uneven Idling

I've got a 2001 Peugeot 607 with a diesel engine, and it's giving me some grief. Lately, I've noticed a bit of uneven idling, especially when it's cold. I hooked it up to a diagnostics tool, and it threw up an error pointing towards a defective engine mount. I've had a quick look and the cable or plug connection looks a bit suspect. The guys at the garage replaced the engine mount and cleaned up the connector as you suggested, now idling is as smooth as silk. I really appreciate the help!
