It did start shortly after a fill-up. Engine knock isn't apparent, but the idle is definitely rough before it stalls. What did you end up doing about the fuel contamination?

I tried fuel additives first, but no luck. Ended up needing to have the system checked at the workshop. Turned out to be a faulty sensor, and the fuel needed draining. I'd recommend going to the shop. Cost me around 95€.

Thanks for the advice. Took it to the shop, and you were right – faulty sensor related to fuel composition. Replaced and the system drained. Runs perfectly now. The bill was indeed 95€.

I had a similar issue with my 806. Did it start happening after you filled up the tank? Could be fuel contamination. I’d also check for engine knock – might indicate fuel quality problems.
