Thanks! I'll check the wiring. Where's the flap motor located? Is it easy to reach? Were your symptoms constant?

On my model, it was accessible from underneath, near the catalytic converter. Before you go too far, get a professional diagnosis to avoid damage. If it's the flap, the whole exhaust might need replacing.

Cheers! The shop confirmed the exhaust flap was knackered. A new one fixed it. Cost 190€, parts and labor. Pricey, but it's sorted. Now it purrs!

I had a similar issue with my 806. Loud exhaust, error codes. Sounds like the exhaust flap actuator. Have you checked the flap motor and wiring? A broken wire is common.
